It analyzes routine clinical data (age, sex, blood pressure, creatinine, urea, hemoglobin, glucose, etc.) after cleaning and normalizing inputs. A stacked ensemble of Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost delivers robust predictions, classifying patients as No, Low, Moderate, or High risk, SHAP-based explainability shows which factors drive each prediction.
