The system further incorporates an infrastructure-independent communication framework that enables the exchange of critical information even when conventional Internet or cellular networks are unavailable or disrupted. Additionally, the system dynamically aligns emergency needs with available rescue personnel, medical assistance, shelters, and relief resources. By converting fragmented disaster information into actionable intelligence, the invention enhances the efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of disaster response, coordination, and recovery operations.
