Abstract: Provided are a director plate structure, a base station antenna and a base station, which relate to the technical field of antennas. The director plate structure comprises a first director plate and at least one second director plate, wherein the first director plate is provided with a through hole, the at least one second director plate is arranged in the through hole, and a first end of the at least one second director plate is fixedly connected to the first director plate; an outer edge of the first director plate is provided with at least one first branch, the at least one first branch extending along the contour of the outer edge of the first director plate and being fixedly connected to the first director plate; and an opening is provided in the first end of the second director plate, the opening extending in an extending direction of the second director plate, a second branch is arranged in the opening, and the second branch extends in the extending direction of the second director plate. The director plate structure has wave-transmitting characteristics, such that the bandwidth of a low-frequency antenna in a multi-frequency antenna can be widened, wave transmission can also be realized for a high-frequency antenna in the multi-frequency antenna, and the interference with the radiation performance of the high-frequency antenna is relatively light.
