Abstract: The disclosed diode laser system (100) integrated within a single housing (102), including a diode laser (104), a low-noise current driver circuit (106), a voltage regulation circuit (108), a thermoelectric cooling (TEC) unit (110), a thermal control circuit (112), and an optical output port (114) coupled to an optical fibre. The internal voltage regulation circuit (108) converts an external DC input into a stabilized supply for the low-noise current driver, which regulates diode drive current to suppress intensity noise and improve optical stability. The TEC unit (110), under closed-loop control of the thermal control circuit (112) using feedback from a temperature sensor, maintains a substantially constant operating temperature to reduce wavelength drift. Integration of the current driver, voltage regulation, and thermal control circuits (106, 108, 112) within the housing (102) minimizes parasitic losses, electromagnetic interference, and interconnect length.
