MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641114285 A) filed by Satyabrata Das; and Cmr Institute Of Technology on September 24, 2026, for Digitally Isolated Secure Device And Method For Operation-Specific Authorization And Hardware-Resource Control Of Protected Content.
Inventor includes Satyabrata.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: A hardware-assisted secure device and method protect digital content by distinguishing authentication of a requesting principal from authorization of each requested protected-content operation and coupling a permitting authorization decision to temporary control of physical hardware resources (213). Protected memory (202) stores operation-to-hardware configuration data (203) defining a hardware-resource set, permitted operational states, access restrictions, and protected baseline states. Upon a permitting authorization decision, hardware-resource control signals configure selected physical hardware resources to permitted operational states and apply applicable access restrictions to establish an operation-specific hardware-authorized state. The permitted operation is executed within a Digitally Isolated Execution Environment (108) defining a hardware-enforced protected execution boundary. Upon conclusion, the hardware-authorized state is revoked, temporary authorization states are invalidated, volatile secur
