Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a method where the operational efficiency and the minimization of unexpected downtime are essential issues facing the manufacturing industry in the age of Industry 4.0. Conventional maintenance techniques have shown inefficiency that causes unnecessary disruptions in the process and may lead to unwanted preventive measures. An innovative Digital Twin-Based Predictive Maintenance System is developed that is aimed at improving the management of industrial machines in the course of their life cycles. Through the synchronization of the machines' physical and digital copies, the system employs state-of-the-art machine learning models for analyzing sensor information and predicting the future breakdowns with high precision. The findings show that the suggested solution contributes to the improvement in the accuracy of diagnosis and increases the longevity of assets. FIG.1
