Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of an intelligent system based on the concept of a Digital Twin for predicting the status of infrastructure and decision making. Combining the use of Internet of Things (IoT) sensor network technology with machine learning methods makes it possible for the suggested system to create a very dynamic real-life model of infrastructure. It will provide for constant monitoring of its state and predict when it is likely to break down. In addition to that, the system will be helpful for decision-making by allowing for automatic assessment of risks and maintenance scheduling. The results of preliminary research show a substantial decrease in maintenance expenses and an increase in safety. FIG.1
