Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a digital twin-based academic success prediction and personalized learning intervention system (100) configured to acquire academic and behavioral data associated with a student using a student data acquisition module (102) and process the acquired data using a data preprocessing module (104) to generate processed student data. A digital twin generation module (106) generates and dynamically updates a digital twin representative of the academic profile and learning behavior of the student. An AI-based academic success prediction engine (108) processes the digital twin using at least one trained predictive model to generate a predicted academic success output. A learning gap and risk identification module (110) identifies one or more learning gaps based on the predicted output, and a personalized intervention recommendation module (112) generates one or more personalized learning intervention recommendations based on the identified learning gaps. An output interface (114) presents the predicted academic success output and the intervention recommendations to an authorized user, thereby facilitating timely and targeted academic support for the student.
