Abstract: The present invention relates to a Digital Twin-Assisted Machine Health Forecasting Platform for Industrial Internet of Things ecosystems. The platform comprises a multi-layer sensing infrastructure, Industrial IoT communication framework, edge intelligence subsystem, digital twin generation engine, machine health analytics module, predictive simulation engine, forecasting processor, autonomous maintenance intelligence module, and visualization interface. Operational information acquired from industrial assets is processed through edge analytics and artificial intelligence models to generate synchronized digital twin representations. The predictive simulation engine evaluates future operating scenarios and forecasts equipment degradation, operational risks, reliability levels, failure probabilities, and remaining useful life values. The autonomous maintenance intelligence module generates predictive maintenance recommendations and operational optimization actions based upon anticipated machine health conditions. The platform enables continuous synchronization between physical assets and virtual counterparts while providing accurate machine health forecasting, reduced downtime, improved maintenance planning, enhanced reliability, optimized asset utilization, and intelligent industrial decision support across Industrial Internet of Things environments.
