Abstract: ABSTRACT DIGITAL LOCKER INTEGRATED VENDING MACHINE SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present disclosure relates to a digital locker integrated vending machine system (100) for secure digital IT asset management of laptops and laptop peripherals. The system (100) comprises a locker enclosure (102) having a plurality of electronically lockable compartments (102A–N), each configured to securely store at least one laptop or peripheral. A processor (104) is communicatively coupled with the locker enclosure (102) and an integrated IT service management (ITSM) ticketing engine (106). The processor (104) is configured to receive onboarding and offboarding requests from the ITSM ticketing engine (106), authenticate employees via a user device (108). The processor (104) transmits unlocking commands to the designated compartments, updates the ITSM ticketing engine (106) and an integrated IT asset management database, and maintains transaction logs for audit and compliance purposes. The present disclosure also relates to a method (200) for working of digital locker integrated vending machine system (100). Figure 1 will be the reference.
