Abstract: The project is based on Digital Learning,Platform for Rural School Student Education drives social and economic growth of the common person. The student in rural school want to get a quality of education like urban area school student. Offline access for learning the digital notes and it promoting personalized learning for help rural school student overcome geographical and economic challenges. Ultimately, this initiative contributes to inclusive education, reduces educational inequality, and supports the holistic development of rural communities by preparing students for higher education and future employment in a digital world. Previously students are having payment type or only video recorded notes or Text notes. These types of resources only available in existing applications. In proposed system, we are adding the new functionalities like the digital learning notes, video learning notes, live video classes for learning and one to one chat for asking the doubt during working hours. This web application system incorporates dynamic material presentation for various subjects. For improving students communication, we used chatbot to improve their skills in their own regional language. This project provides the students with greater User Interface to interact with the system using chatbot and interactive teaching aids like quizzes, flip videos. It enables the students to enhance their active learning and engagement.
