Abstract: The rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence (Al) and digital technologies has increased the need for intelligent systems that can assist professionals in making accurate and timely decisions. However, traditional decision-support systems are often limited in their ability to learn from experience and adapt to changing situations. To overcome these challenges, the present invention proposes a Digital Clone Framework for Predictive Professional Decision-Making, which creates a virtual digital clone of a professional by learning from past decisions, expertise, and work-related data. The framework utilizes BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) for extracting meaningful information from documents and communication records. Graph Attention Networks (GAT) for modeling relationships between tasks and decisions, and Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO)-based Reinforcement Learning for learning decision-making strategies. Historical data are analyzed to understand professional behavior and predict future decisions under different scenarios. To protect sensitive information, the framework employs Federated Learning, allowing model training without sharing raw data. A Blockchain-based logging system is incorporated to ensure secure, transparent, and tamper-proof record management. The system also uses SHAP-based Explainable Al (XAI) to provide understandable explanations for its recommendations. The proposed framework can predict likely decisions, suggest optimal actions, and support professionals in areas such as healthcare, finance, education, legal services, and business management.
