Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention introduces a Digital Bracket Height Measuring Instrument with LED Display, an advanced orthodontic measuring device designed to accurately determine bracket placement height during direct bonding procedures. Unlike conventional mechanical bracket gauges that rely on visual estimation and fixed-height markings, the proposed invention incorporates a miniature digital linear measuring sensor coupled with an LED display for real-time measurement of the vertical distance between the bracket slot and a selected anatomical reference point. The instrument enables clinicians to achieve highly accurate and reproducible bracket positioning while minimizing operator-dependent errors. The integrated digital display provides instant numerical measurements with an accuracy of up to +0.01 mm and includes calibration, measurement hold, and memory functions. The invention significantly improves bonding precision, reduces rebonding procedures, shortens treatment duration, and enhances overall orthodontic treatment outcomes.
