Abstract: A digital aroma transmission system comprising an aroma acquisition arrangement configured to capture volatile organic compounds from an aroma airflow; a sensor array comprising a VOC/NOx detector and a thermal-sweeping metal-oxide semiconductor sensor; a microcontroller configured to acquire sensor measurements, perform thermal desorption and blower flushing, and generate an ambient baseline matrix; a processing arrangement configured to subtract the ambient baseline from an active aroma scan to obtain a chemical signature; an artificial intelligence classification arrangement configured to classify the chemical signature using a Random Forest and Support Vector Machine ensemble and perform out-of-distribution detection; a transmission arrangement configured to encode a validated aroma signature into timing information and wirelessly transmit the encoded information; and a receiving reconstruction arrangement comprising a plurality of aroma chambers, a servo- controlled shutter, a micro-blower, and a mixing chamber configured to selectively release and blend aroma components according to the received timing information.
