Abstract: DigiFi (Digital File ) is a smart and secure document management system which links physical and digital document management and it is considered to be the best invention which provides a centralized digitization of documents, storage, management, maintenance and easy access in sharing and printing of documents with improved security and efficiency. The system includes a digitization document module, secured storage repository for storing the documents, user authentication mechanism for accessing the documents by the verified user, digital locking mechanism for safe and secure usage of information, which helps the user in the flow of information in communication and for seamless handling of documents which can be used on multiple devices. The method of conversion the digital document into a physical document whenever it is desired. The data is safeguarded and protected with advanced technologies such as encrypted storage, easy access, security of information and it can be used for automating the documents. The DigiFi is a digital file which can be used for various purposes in different places such as educational institutions, auditing offices, firms, organisations, Government offices, other institutions and any individuals which uses the physical and digital documents in an electronic format for easy access, storage, usage and automation of documents. The digifi is a smart and secure way to store all the documents and it is a customized invention which is made possible for different users according to their needs and wants. Additionally, it can combine all the work which is being done by a printer, laptop, server etc. This invention is a portable combination of all the three separate devices and ensures quick and easy access to the data.
