MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541023725 A) filed by Ti Clean Mobility Private Limited on March 17, 2025, for Differential Powered Dual Motor Drivetrain With Intelligent Shifting System For Electric Tractor.
Inventors include Anand Kumaravel; Abhishek Sinha; Balaji Udayasuriyan; and Allan Samuel Albert.

Abstract: An electric tractor operable with two motors comprising of a first motor M1 and second motor M2. The second motor M2 rating is lower than the rating of first motor M1. The said first motor M1 is configured to operate under Independent PTO, True PTO / Static PTO, Heavy Duty Traction (Non - PTO) and Dependent PTO conditions of the tractor. The said second motor M2 is configured to operate under Light Duty Traction (Non – PTO) and Independent PTO conditions of the tractor. The arrangement includes an interface means mutually operably connecting the two motors with two drivelines which are Traction driveline and PTO driveline. The two motors and interface are arranged such that both M1 and M2 motors are operable combinedly under ‘Independent PTO’ operable condition, only M2 motor is operable under ‘Light Duty Traction (Non – PTO)’ condition and only M1 motor is operable under ‘True PTO / Static PTO or High Duty Traction (Non - PTO) or Dependent PTO’ condition.
