Abstract: A diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) injector maintenance device, comprising a rectangular base 101 having four telescopic rods 102 underneath base 101 with wheels 103 for a locomotion of base 101, a link 104 having a motorized brush 105 at an end for scrubbing and cleaning of a DEF injector nozzle, a robotic arm 106 holds nozzle, a telescopic bar 107 having a pneumatic pin 108 for removing any blockage from injector nozzle, a tube 110 connected with tank 109 having an iris hole 111 to pass hot water through nozzle, an imaging unit 112 to determine an angle of DEF injector nozzle or a physical damage to nozzle, a conduit 115 connected with pump in chamber 114 having an iris lid 116 at an end is connected with nozzle to pump DEF via nozzle.
