Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention discloses a novel polymeric wound-healing spray formulation, designated as C-PolyHeal-DM Spray, specifically developed for the treatment of diabetic wounds. The formulation comprises a biocompatible polymer matrix, preferably chitosanbased, integrated with bioactive nanoparticles and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, forming a sprayable solution capable of in situ film formation upon application. The invention - addresses delayed_wound. healing in_diahetic conditions by^ promoting cell migration, angiogenesis, and collagen deposition while providing sustained antimicrobial protection. The spray exhibits improved wound closure, reduced inflammation, and enhanced tissue regeneration, making it suitable for chronic and infected diabetic wounds.
