Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for channel measurement and report. In a solution, a first device performs a measurement on a group of resources. The first device transmits, to a second device, a measurement report. The measurement report comprises at least one indication of a first number of resources in the group of resources and at least one indication of at least one measurement result corresponding to the first number of resources, wherein each indication of the at least one measurement result corresponds to each indication of one resource of the first number of resources, and a value of the measurement result corresponding to one resource of the first number of resources is a differential value based on at least one of: a first value of measurement result corresponding to a first resource indicated in a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a gap value.
