Abstract: ABSTRACT DEVICES, METHODS, APPARATUSES AND MEDIA FOR TRANSMISSION OF A DISASTER TRACKING AREA LISTEmbodiments of the present disclosure relate to terminal devices, network devices, methods, apparatuses and medium related to transmission of a disaster tracking area (TA) list. In an aspect, a terminal device receives, from a fourth generation (4G) radio access technology node, via a broadcast message, information of a disaster tracking area (TA) list. The disaster TA list comprises at least one TA of at least one public land mobile network (PLMN) which provides services in a fifth generation (5G) radio access technology network to the terminal device. The 4G radio access technology node is associated with a second PLMN of a network device which provides disaster services in a 4G radio access technology network to the terminal device based on that the 5G radio access technology network in a first PLMN of the at least one PLMN is in a disaster condition. Based on that the 5G radio access technology network in the first PLMN is in the disaster condition, the terminal device accesses to the second PLMN which provides the disaster services in the 4G radio access technology network.
