The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: DEVICE FOR UPLIFTING NON-DETERMINISTIC SET OF OBJECTS AND METHOD THEREOF. The invention discloses a device for selective activation and uplifting of a non-deterministic subset from a set of objects using a grid-based shaft mechanism with controlled locking and unlocking operations. The device comprises a shaft grid assembly of vertically arranged shafts, each equipped with dual hooks, an anti-twisting section, and connectors for object engagement. Movable row and column control bars, actuated through an actuator assembly, enable selective shaft unlocking such that only targeted shafts are operable while others remain locked. A pulling module employing modular electromagnets and a latching net applies upward force to lift unlocked shafts and their connected objects. The computing controller coordinates actuators and the pulling module to dynamically identify, unlock, and uplift any subset of shafts arranged in a grid or other predefined layout. The system allows low-cost, modular, and synchronized operation for selective object activation, making it suitable for automated handling, sorting, and adaptive lifting applications.
