Abstract: A device for transferring a knitting loop and a folding and loop-to-loop seaming of a circular knitted fabric is provided, relating to the technical field of textile equipment, and solving the technical problem of high mounting difficulty in the prior art. The device includes a driving portion, a seaming assembly device connecting arm, a tri-functional jack assembly connecting arm, a tri-functional jack assembly, and a stitching needle dial component. The driving portion is connected to the stitching needle dial component, the seaming assembly device connecting arm is arranged at an upper portion of the stitching needle dial component, the tri-functional jack assembly is movably arranged on the stitching needle dial component, and the tri-functional jack assembly can slide up and down along the stitching needle dial component, and the tri-functional jack assembly connecting arm is connected to the tri-functional jack assembly. A conventional multi-part structure can be replaced with a tri-functional jack assembly capable of sliding up and down along a stitching needle dial component, thereby reducing the mounting difficulty of equipment.
