Abstract: A device for stool based gut health analysis, comprising a housing 101, a user interface to enable a user to formally enter personal details, an imaging unit 102 to capture facial images of the user, a sliding gate 103 for the user to place a stool sample container, an articulated arm 201 to securely grasp and position the stool sample container into designated section of a multi sectioned chamber 202, a microphone 104 enabling a medical practitioner to provide voice commands, a container holding and disengaging unit to securely disengage lid of the container for sample access, an XY gantry 205 to translate and position a Sarrus linkage 206 to manoeuvre a scooping unit 207 for collecting and placing stool samples within each section of the multi sectioned compartment 208 for subsequent diagnostic analysis, and a printing unit 209 to print comprehensive gut health reports and deliver to user through a cavity 108.
