Abstract: A device for patient centric medication management, comprising a housing 101, a user interface to facilitate a caregiver to upload prescriptions, medical records, health reports, and medication schedules, a Braille cell unit 102 to selectively extend and retract to form tactile Braille characters conveying medication information, dosage instructions, and pickup status, a carousel unit for storing multiple types of medications in separate compartments 201, a motorized slider 206 to translate and position an articulated gripper 208 to securely grasp the medication strip received by the transfer unit, an articulated limb 209 having a sharp edged blade 210 to cut open the medication strip, a motorized sliding unit 211 to translate and position an L shaped pneumatic pusher 212 to apply controlled force for removing the medication and post removal splitting the medication if required, a motorized guiding rail 108 to translate and position a bowl 109 underneath the medication removal unit.
