Abstract: A device for manufacturing customized Ayurveda formulation balls, comprising a housing 101, a data acquisition platform 102 to generate physiological data from a user, an input means 103 to enable user to provide input regarding specifications, an electronically controlled nozzle 104 connected with an ingredient storage unit 105 to store and dispense a plurality of ingredients, a mixing chamber 106 to receive and blend the dispensed ingredients into a formulation, a spherical molding unit 107 to form the formulation into a spherical ball, a curing and stabilization chamber 108 to regulate environmental conditions, an imaging camera 109 to monitor a processing operation, a demolding unit 110 comprising a plurality of spring-assisted ejector pins to release the at least one spherical ball from the spherical molding unit 107 and a surface finishing unit 111 to remove surface irregularities from the at least one spherical ball.
