Abstract: The device for automated removal scaling from surface comprises of a platform 1 mapped with a touch interactive display panel 2 that is accessed by a user for providing input regarding a metallic object form where scaling is to be removed, an imaging unit 3 for capturing and processing multiple surrounding images, multiple motorized omnidirectional wheels 4 to move platform 1 towards determined location, a friction detection sensor mapped on platform 1 in sync with imaging unit 3 for monitoring friction level offered by surface of object, a L-shaped telescopically operated bar 7 for positioning blade 6 over scaling, followed by actuation of grinding blade 6 to scrape off scaling from object’s surface.
