Abstract: A device (102), a system (202), and a method (300) for border and perimeter security and logistics that hold on a wireline (900) and navigate pole attachments (300) while maintaining stability. The gripping assembly (104) includes traversing wheels (106) to support movement, support wheels (108) to apply counterforce, and one or more actuators (110) to adjust gripping force. A mobility assembly (112) is connected to the gripping assembly (104) and includes a linear slide (114), one or more sliding rods (116) to maintain contact with the wireline, and articulated connectors (118) to accommodate bends or intersections. A controller (120) is connected to gripping assembly (104) and mobility assembly (112) to manage operations, receive data from an image acquisition unit (122), a set of sensors (124), a radar unit (126), and an audio capturing unit (128), process data, compare it with predetermined metrics, and generate alerts when threshold values are exceeded.
