Abstract: A filling device (10) for filling a container for a pressurised gas comprises a main structure (11), a sleeve (12) defining a cavity (13) configured to receive at least a portion of the dispensing element (3), a nozzle (14) configured to be operatively associated with an auxiliary chamber (63) to achieve a vacuum condition. The filling device comprises an intermediate portion (15) in which a normally closed main passage (150) is defined, through which gas is inlet into said sleeve, and a filling shutter (16) configured to open and close said main passage. The nozzle and filling shutter are both movable, one independently of the other, with respect to the main structure.
