Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wearable device [100] and a method [300] for performing real-time fatigue monitoring of a user. The method [300] comprising collecting, by one or more sensing modules [108], a set of data associated with the user. The set of data comprises at least lactate data or glucose data. Further, the method comprises processing, via a controller [104], the set of data using a pre-trained model; calculating, via the controller [104], a fatigue score of the user based on the processing of the set of data; determining, via the controller [104], a fatigue state of the user based on the calculated fatigue score; and generating, via the controller [104], at least one of a set of fatigue insights, a set of alerts, or a set of training suggestions associated with the user based on the determined fatigue state.
