Abstract: This invention discloses a value-added, nutrient-dense, and gluten-free nutraceutical confection composition designated as Ojas Amla Laddu, formulated to promote holistic wellness, immunomodulation, and metabolic health. The composition blends bio-active rich Indian superfoods, including amla (Phyllanthus emblica), gulkand, grated coconut, and a selected matrix of roasted nuts and seeds, bound together utilizing unrefined jaggery and clarified butter (ghee). Developed without synthetic additives or refined sugars, the confection leverages the synergistic antioxidant profile of high-dose Vitamin C, polyphenols, and essential polyunsaturated fatty acids to combat cell-damaging oxidative stress. Empirical characterization reveals a highly lipid-dense, protein-moderate composition with a moisture content of 16.7%, an ash content of 2%, a fat content of 58%, and a protein concentration of 10%. Furthermore, spectrophotometric assessments confirm exceptional free-radical scavenging capabilities, achieving a maximum inhibition of approximately 96% in DPPH assays. The resulting formulation provides an effective, palatable, and natural alternative to synthetic dietary supplements.
