The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The Patent disclosure covers the development of ThyroSenseX: An Al-loT Powered Non-Invasive System for Real-Time Thyroid Detection. Invention in the current document presents a unique way of diagnosing health conditions related to the thyroid using Al-loT technology, through non-invasive screening and monitoring approach. In diagnosing the condition of the patient using conventional methods, blood tests and hormones tests are taken, which may require time and money and might not be available in some places where people live. The system captures facial images, voice signals, and thermographic neck images of an individual and preprocesses, extract features, and fusion of data. The model analyses the biomarkers from visual, acoustic, and thermal modes that suggest the malfunctioning of the thyroid gland and extracts the patterns to recognize the abnormal functioning of the thyroid gland. The invention makes use of Artificial Intelligence based systems that make use of Image processing, Signal Analysis, Classification, and Intelligent Decision Support Systems. The invention makes use of a computer to determine whether the individual is Normal, Hypothyroid, or Hyperthyroid with greater accuracy. The invention makes use of a combination of physiological parameters to screen instead of using a single parameter. Moreover, the technology comprises several innovative characteristics like the use of real-time diagnostics, automatic generation of reports, and smart health alerts. This is possible through an architecture that supports edge computing to promote enhanced privacy, reduce network dependency, and enable implementation of the device in both clinical and telemedicine healthcare scenarios. The technology enables thyroid screening to become affordable and efficient to provide preventive healthcare services and quick medical decisions.
