Abstract: Bedside rehabilitation is critical for early mobilization of patients with limited mobility, particularly those recovering from stroke, orthopaedic injuries, or prolonged hospitalization. Traditional suspension therapy systems are often bulky, non-portable, and unsuitable for use in confined clinical spaces or home-care settings. This project focuses on the design and development of a portable suspension therapy device that enables effective bedside rehabilitation while ensuring safety, ease of use, and adjustability. The proposed device incorporates a lightweight frame, adjustable suspension straps, and modular components that allow therapists to perform a range of upper and lower limb exercises directly at the patient's bedside. Emphasis is placed on ergonomic design, stability, and user convenience to promote frequent rehabilitation sessions and improve patient outcomes. Prototype testing demonstrates that the device supports controlled limb movement, reduces therapist workload, and maintains therapeutic effectiveness comparable to conventional systems. The portable suspension therapy device presents a practical solution for continuous rehabilitation in hospitals, community clinics, and home environment
