Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of guargum nano formulation of sinapic acid for improving diabetic wound healing. The method comprises various steps such as a) preparation of the oil phase (110), b) oil phase emulsification (120), c) crosslinking and stabilization (130) and d) separation of nanoparticles (140). Conventional treatments often fall short in addressing the complex challenges of diabetic wounds, including poor blood circulation, persistent inflammation, and diminished cellular proliferation. This invention discloses an innovative drug delivery approach by encapsulating sinapic acid, a compound recognized for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. The above mentioned invention evaluates the therapeutic potential of the sinapic acid loaded guar gum nanoparticles in promoting cell migration and wound closure with minimal cytotoxicity and investigates the effectiveness of the sinapic acid-loaded guar gum nano formulation in diabetic wound healing through in vivo studies.
