Abstract: Dog bite incidents are a major public health concern associated with injuries, infections, and behavioral aggression in dogs. The present study aims to develop an integrated biotechnological approach for dog bite prevention using behavioral modulation bioformulations and functional supplements. A herbal biogel and spray containing aloe vera, flaxseed gel, neem oil, lavender oil, lemongrass oil, chamomile, tulsi, and ashwagandha extracts are formulated to provide calming, antimicrobial, and stress-relieving effects. In addition, an oral immunity booster enriched with probiotics, vitamin C, zinc, curcumin, ginger, tulsi, and honey is designed to support immune health, while a stress-reducing chew containing L-theanine, chamomile, ashwagandha, and L-tryptophan is developed to reduce canine anxiety and aggression. The proposed formulations are primarily based on natural and herbal bioactive compounds with multifunctional therapeutic potential. The study emphasizes a preventive strategy that combines behavioral modulation, stress management, and immune support to minimize aggressive canine responses. This integrated approach may provide a safer, eco-friendly, and non-invasive alternative for improving human-dog interaction and reducing the risk of dog bite incidents.
