Abstract: The design patent to a bioinformatics platform named "Development of a Hereditary Disease Mutation Database for Clinical Genomics" The increasing demand for precision medicine has highlighted the critical need for comprehensive, clinically relevant genetic databases. This project focuses on the development of a Hereditary Disease Mutation Database tailored specifically for clinical genomics applications. The database aims to systematically collect, curate, and annotate genetic variants associated with inherited disorders, linking them to phenotypic presentations and clinical outcomes. Unlike existing solutions, our platform integrates real-time clinical updates, artificial intelligence-based variant interpretation, and advanced phenotype-driven search capabilities. It also emphasizes inclusivity by incorporating data from diverse populations, thereby enhancing diagnostic accuracy across ethnic groups. Designed with interoperability and clinical usability in mind, the database supports seamless integration with electronic medical records (EMRs) and genomic analysis tools.
