Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a novel biphasic biomimetic cosmeceutical serum integrating bovine colostrum (10– 20%), rosehip oil (15–25%), and niacinamide (1–5%) in a xanthan gum-stabilized emulsion vehicle. Conventional topical formulations fail to simultaneously stabilize protein-rich bioactives alongside lipid-phase actives without synthetic emulsifiers. The invented serum resolves this through an engineered aqueous-lipid biphasic architecture. The formulation demonstrated skin- compatible pH of 6.19, viscosity of 750.0 cP, and spreadability of 60.0 g·cm/sec. Bovine colostrum was confirmed as high-potency raw material with 70% total protein and 61.6% IgG. DPPH radical scavenging peaked at 98.49%, surpassing the ascorbic acid standard. Antimicrobial efficacy against Staphylococcus aureus achieved 88.71% relative activity versus Ciprofloxacin. Franz diffusion confirmed 96.61% active release within 30 minutes. Accelerated stability studies validated formulation robustness over 30 days under ambient and refrigerated conditions, confirming shelf-life suitability for premium cosmeceutical application.
