Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a nutrient-rich topical body mask formulated using bioactive ingredients derived from Arius subrostratus roe and Capra aegagrus hircus blood extract. The formulation is developed to provide skin nourishment, hydration, antioxidant protection and improved skin texture through prolonged topical contact. The invention utilizes marine-derived and animal-derived bioresources containing proteins, lipids, fatty acids, minerals and other bioactive constituents. The active extracts are incorporated into a formulation base comprising suitable excipients including sodium alginate, gelatin, glycerin and rose water. Sodium alginate provides gelling and stabilization, gelatin contributes film-forming properties, glycerin functions as a humectant, and rose water provides additional formulation properties. The preparation includes collection and authentication of raw materials, cleaning and preprocessing, extraction and purification of bioactive components, controlled blending with the formulation base, homogenization and evaluation. The resulting body mask is evaluated for pH, viscosity, spreadability, homogeneity, stability, nutritional constituents, antioxidant activity, drying characteristics, peelability and skin compatibility. The invention provides a natural body- mask formulation utilizing underexplored marine and animal-derived resources and provides a potential cosmetic application for improved skin nourishment, hydration and appearance.
