MUMBAI, India, Aug. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641092206 A) filed by Raghavendra Sai Akkinapragada on July 29, 2026, for Deterministic Decision Computation System With Structurally Isolated Explanation, Independently Verifiable Evidence, And Configurable Replay And Disclosure.

The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system computes a decision deterministically from validated input under a versioned execution package and generates a human-readable explanation through a narration layer structurally isolated so the explanation cannot alter the decision. A trust mechanism generates a cryptographic commitment over the decision at production time, protected independently of the decision ledger administrative privilege. A runtime attestation component, outside the decision engine control, independently measures and binds the executing software identity to the decision. An external commitment service releases the decision as accountable- complete only after an external commitment channel confirms receipt of a commitment. An independent evidence escrow provides investigation-specific access to historical execution materials, and a forum verification interface performs five checkpoint-specific verification operations, each stating what it establishes and does not establish. A subject-data commitment interface and disclosure mediator may allow protected input to remain available for computation while being disclosed for replay only under governed, logged conditions.
