Abstract: ABSTRACT Detection and Mitigation of DDoS Attacks in Cloud Computing Environment using Optimized Hybrid Kernel Filter Enabled deep CNN classifier This disclosure relates to a system and method for predictive multi-layer Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) detection, attack evolution prediction, and autonomous network immunization in cloud computing environments. The system receives network traffic data and preprocesses the received data to generate structured traffic information. A digital twin generation module creates a virtual representation of network behavior and a traffic entropy analysis module identifies anomalous communication patterns. The attack evolution prediction module predicts the future attack path, risk of resource exhaustion and attack attributes. A self-evolving attack signature generation module generates dynamic threat signatures for the detection of emerging and unseen attacks. A hybrid adaptive kernel-based detection engine is used to classify network traffic while a threat attribution module identifies attack origins and vectors. A federated threat intelligence synchronization module enables collaborative threat learning in distributed environments. An autonomous network immunization module enforces adaptive mitigation policies to secure service availability, enhance cybersecurity resilience, maximize resource utilization, and reinforce cloud infrastructure protection.
