Abstract: The Desktop Table with Smart Scheduler is an innovative workspace system integrated with an embedded digital scheduling interface. Traditional study tables and desks are fixed structures that lack portability and intelligent task management features. This invention introduces a compact, foldable, and dismantlable table system combined with a Raspberry Pi-powered 7-inch touchscreen scheduler that enables users to manage tasks, reminders, and events directly from the workspace. The system consists of a high-strength desktop surface supported by heavy-duty foldable legs with a positive-lock safety mechanism, allowing the table to be deployed for use in seconds and folded flat for storage. The embedded smart scheduler supports both touch-based and voice-guided interaction for creating, listing, and managing events. By integrating mechanical portability with embedded computing technology, this project provides a space-saving, intelligent workspace solution suitable for educational institutions, offices, co-working environments, and home use.
