Abstract: The unique chemical structure of the protein target's anti-microbial action (IcaR (Biofilm operon icaADBC HTH-type negative transcriptional regulator), which is found in Staphylococcus aureus, is the subject of the proposed innovation, which leverages Insilico technologies.The structure was forecasted, constructed, and evaluated using automated insilico techniques. Using chemical repurposing and the computer-aided drug designing (CADD) method, a novel compound 2-(2-{2-[l- (2-hydroxyethyl)-5-nitro-lH- imidazol-2-yl]ethyl}-3- methylphenylaminojbenzoic acid. This new medication was validated using pharmacokinetics metrics like QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) profiling and ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity). The molecule was exposed to the anti-microbial target, IcaR, after its pharmacological similarity score was successfully predicted. The IcaR sequence was used in a protein profiling investigation. An automated molecular drug docking method was used to dock the domain area. Our suggested chemical structure may bind in the structural domain areas of IcaR, according to the overall docking study results.
