The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to novel (E)-N-(1-benzyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)-1-phenylmethanimine derivatives for the general formula I, wherein the indazole ring is linked to different benzaldehyde through an imine linkage. The substitution (R)and (R’) on the phenyl ring is selected from different derivatives of benzaldehydes and benzyl bromides. The compounds were synthesized in two steps viz, the first step including Schiff base condensation of (E)-N-(1H-indazol-5-yl)-1-phenylmethanimine derivatives by 5-amino indazole, followed by derivatization of the product through N-alkylation with different derivatives of benzyl bromide. The invention discloses the structures, synthetic process, characterization, and biological assays of a series of 10 compounds.
