Abstract: An ESP32-based real-time pollution monitoring and controlling robot is disclosed. The robot comprises an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a sensor array (temperature and humidity, carbon monoxide, ammonia and methane sensors), a locomotion sub-system driven by motor driver circuits, and a pollution-control sub- system comprising an exhaust fan and HEPA filter. The microcontroller continuously acquires sensor readings, transmits them wirelessly to a cloud platform for remote monitoring, and automatically actuates the pollution-control sub-system, and optionally repositions the robot, when a reading exceeds a predefined safety threshold. The invention enables mobile, high-resolution, real-time monitoring and automated mitigation of air pollutants such as particulate matter, carbon monoxide, ammonia and methane, suitable for deployment in industrial, urban and public-space environments.
