Inventors include Mr Nagaraj S; and Kavitha R.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: The AI-powered Business Development Agent (BDA) efficiently manages inbound customer calls by leveraging a predefined and dynamically updatable knowledge base to deliver accurate, consistent, and context-aware responses. Its conversational AI engine interprets queries in real time, reducing reliance on human agents while ensuring standardized communication aligned with business policies. Customer leads are identified through social media platforms, and sensitive details collected from LinkedIn are protected using a hybrid encryption framework that combines AES for secure data encryption and RSA for protected key exchange, ensuring confidentiality and secure transmission.During live interactions, the system performs real-time speech-to-text transcription to monitor conversations and detect sensitive requests such as pricing or delivery timelines. When such queries arise, the relevant information is securely forwarded via email to the business head for prompt decision-making and follow-up.The architecture integrates Twilio and LiveKit for low-latency audio communication, while all transcripts and interaction data are stored in MongoDB for auditing and analytics. Overall, the solution reduces manual workload and delivers a secure, scalable, and intelligent enterprise communication system. Additionally, the system supports outbound automated calling for proactive lead engagement and follow-up, enhancing customer conversion rates and overall business productivity.
