Abstract: 9. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION: Stiffness and stability are of high importance for vehicles. Existing suspension systems are working for vehicle stability increasing and they are not limited to own. One of the stability increaser extra elements is the anti-roll bar. The anti-roll bar is a suspension system supporter in vehicles. However, bar stiffness· plays a critical role in vehicle stability. Bar stiffness can be managed on the predefined limitations. Therefore, a light, effective, and reliable vehicle system can be obtained. This experimental focused on the changes in mechanical properties of AA 6082 reinforced with Boron carbide, Fly ash and Silicon carbide. In comparison to alloys without reinforcements, metal matrix composites improved tensile strength, compressive strength, and hardness following mechanical property examination of the antiroll bar. The impact energy is only little less than that of AA6082 without reinforcements. From the solid work antiroll bar analysis von mises stresses, equilvent strain and resultant displacement were evaluated. Finally found AA6082 AMMC produced minimum (1.489Xl0 4 N/mm 2) ;::: 1.709e+003N/mm 2 stress and strain compared to Un reinforcement A6082 alloys. Optical properties were studied with and without reinforcements of AA6082 Alloys.
