Abstract: 7. ABSTRACT OF INVENTION: The invention introduces a comprehensive framework for securing and optimizing Internet of Vehicles (IoV) networks by integrating innovative models inspired by biological systems, federated learning, blockchain technology, and advanced optimization techniques. This framework addresses critical challenges in IoV, including dynamic cybersecurity threats, privacy preservation, resource optimization, interoperability, and energy efficiency. The Adaptive Immune- Inspired Security Model (AlSec) leverages biological principles, employing negative and clonal selection algorithms along with reinforcement learning to dynamically detect and mitigate threats with high accuracy and minimal false positives. Complementing this, the Federated Hybrid Anomaly Detection System (Fed-HADS) ensures privacy-preserving anomaly detection by enabling decentralized training on individual IoV nodes. Blockchain-based aggregation of model insights enhances global performance without compromising data privacy. For efficient resource management, the Context-Aware Network Slicing Optimizer (CANSO) dynamically allocates network slices using deep reinforcement learning, ensuring high-priority services maintain optimal Quality of Service (QoS) across varying traffic conditions. The invention also incorporates the Cross-Domain Anomaly Correlation Engine (X-ACE) to detect multi-domain attack vectors by integrating anomaly logs from diverse systems and correlating insights via graph neural networks. A shared blockchain ledger facilitates cross-domain anomaly reporting with enhanced accuracy. To address resource constraints in IoV, the Energy-Efficient Consensus Protocol . (EcoChain) introduces a bio-inspired Proof-of-Stake mechanism for blockchain operations, reducing energy consumption while ensuring secure and fast transaction validation. Lastly, the IoV Interoperability Standardization Protocol (IoV-ISP) uses ontology- based mapping and blockchain for seamless data exchange and communication across heterogeneous IoV networks, enhancing interoperability and compatibility. Together, these models create a synergistic ecosystem that enhances IoV security, scalability, efficiency, and privacy. This holistic framework represents a novel and practical solution to evolving IoV challenges, providing significant advancements in the domain of intelligent transportation systems.
