Abstract: TITLE: DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SMART SHOE FOR WOMEN SAFETY ·ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a wearable personal safety system in the form of a ~mart footwear-based emergency alert and location tracking device. The system comprises an embedded ESP32 microcontroller integrated with a GPS module, GSM module, accelerometer sensor, and a manual trigger mechanism. The device is compactly embedded within footwear, enabling discreet and continuous operation without the need for external handling. Upon detection of an emergency through manual activation or automatic fall detection, the microcontroller processes the input and acquires real-time location coordinates from the GPS module. The location data is then transmitted via the GSM module as an alert message to predefined contacts, including a location link for quick tracking. An audible alert mechanism is also activated to indicate system operation. The system is designed to be reliable, energy-efficient, and suitable for continuous wearable use, providing a practical and effective solution for real-time personal safety and emergency response. rr;;
