Abstract: Title: DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRATED THRUST MEASUREMENT AND ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR UAV PROPULSION SYSTEMS 10 15 20 The titled invention discloses a compact and integrated thrust measurement and electrical performance analysis system for evaluating UAV propulsion systems under controlled conditions. The system comprises a load-cell-based thrust measurement unit (3), an ESP32 microcontroller (4) for data processing and control, and a wattmeter (5) for real-time measurement of voltage, current, and power consumption. A motorpropeller assembly including a propeller (1) and motor (2) is mounted on a rigid frame to ensure accurate thrust sensing, supporting propellers up to 16-inch diameter and compatibility with BLDC motors including 5010 360 KV and similar configurations. The system operates with battery input through a battery connector (9) and main power switch (8), and features a modular design enabling interchangeability of propulsion components, A user interface comprising control buttons (11), tare/power button (6), thrust display (7), throttle and time display (12), and electrical parameter display (10) provides real-time monitoring and control. The invention enables synchronized analysis of thrust and electrical parameters, improving accuracy and efficiency.
