Inventors include Ganesh Kumar Raje; Dr. Pranay Ajabrao Makasare; and Dr. Laxman Vitthal Kamble.

The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.

Abstract: Mixing of paint or any other fluid in, it might difficult to have uniformity. Conventional method of mixing of paint carried out by using single direction machine. This system focuses on to increase the degree of freedom means to have multi direction model. The paint is mixed in a closed paint container with container box support. The research work is based on the use of three stages motion conversion, stage-I which covert electric power to mechanical by using electrical motor, Stage-II Worm and worm gear with connecting rod for sliding motion, Stage-III Rack and Pinion with universal joint for rotational moment. The Turbula Mixer is a 3D mixer in which the container undergoes a tumbling action using a kinematic linkage, designed to mix fluids uniformly. This invention relates to the design and development of 3D Turbula Mixer. The main aim of this invention is to use three directions for paint mixing. In this system combination of mechanical mechanisms and electric motor used. Keywords:- 3D Turbula , Paint Mixing ,Kinematic linkage
