Abstract: According to an implementation, a credential rotation system provides automated coordination of credential updates across interdependent computing devices. A central manager receives component 5 registrations containing credential configurations and dependency information. The manager maintains a dependency graph tracking which components rely on service accounts from other components, generates new credentials according to defined policies, and orchestrates synchronized updates through component-specific agents. When rotation is 10 triggered for a component's service account, the manager identifies dependent components using the dependency graph and coordinates credential updates to maintain operational continuity. Component-specific agents handle local credential rotation and updates while the manager ensures system-wide coordination through dependency tracking and 15 automated notification. Figure 3 38
